3.2 Enforcement and Cooperation with Law Enforcement Violation of these terms, especially the rules in Section 3.1, will result in immediate action, which may include:
Deletion of content and/or suspension or permanent deletion of your account. For serious and clear violations (such as illegal content), this action may be taken without prior warning.
A permanent ban from all AGW °GRUP services.
Reporting to Law Enforcement: For severe violations, particularly those involving illegal activities such as harm to minors, drugs, or weapons, we will report the user and the content to the competent legal authorities.
Disclosure of IP Address: We log user IP addresses. In the case of a formal criminal investigation, we will provide this data to law enforcement as required by law.
